She has more than 10 years of experience managing and redesigning informational, transactional and e-commerce Web sites. She is the principal consultant for iWrite Consulting.
Her experience includes successful site redesigns and content writing for Spectrum Health, a health system in Grand Rapids, Mich.; Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh; the American Medical Association in Chicago; and numerous health care clinics, retail/service companies and non-profit organizations.
